Click on My Listings on the left for additional details regarding properties I currently have listed for rent.  For specific information for applying to rent these properties, the following information applies.

1) A $50 application fee is required for all applicants 18 and older.  Cash, money orders, and Paypal payments are accepted.
2) For more than 2 applicants, please complete one application per person.
3) The combined income should be at least 3-4 times the rental rate.
4) Applicants without pets are preferred.  Each owner has specific pet requirements.  In general, there should be no more than 1-2 pets that weigh less than 25 pounds when fully grown.  A $300 non-refundable pet fee is required per pet. 
5) The application period could take 3 or more days depending on the response time from your employer and previous landlords.
